A word of thanks to you and Harold Mason for your assistance with my purchase of the new 2010 Hyundai Santa Fe. Harold had to work hard for this sale because I was quite demanding in my requirements. This being my third Santa Fe from your dealership, I was comfortable with the basic vehicle, but my color, navigation, and tire requirements presented a challenge. Harold never wavered, kept his patience and pulled it off. I know you contributed with the tire and wheel situation after the sale. You eased the path with Jim Murphy (ed. Porter Hyundai Service Manager) and his staff and resolved the issues in a much calmer manner than I could.
Thanks again to both of you. I expect to be back for my fifth Porter vehicle when the time comes.
