Technician Hiring

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

• Accept repair orders from the dispatcher and take the assigned vehicle to the stall area.
• Work on your assigned repair order with efficiency and accuracy in line with all dealership and factory standards.
• Find the cause of any vehicle malfunction and, as authorized, perform the repair to remove that malfunction.
• Obtain necessary parts by communicating with the Parts Department.
• When requested by the customer or when the job is under warranty, make sure to tag parts and set them aside to be turned in.
• Let the service advisor know when service is not needed, when additional work is needed, or if the necessary repairs cannot be completed within the current schedule.
• Maintain sufficient documentation of all work performed.
• Ensure that all customer complaints have been resolved with a road test.
• Make use of quality checks to ensure the quality of work performed.
• Go to mandatory training classes.
• Stay up-to-date on all factory technical bulletins issued.
• Certify that every vehicle is kept clean during service or repair.
• Carry out all housekeeping and safety procedures and policies.
• Adhere to all local, state, and federal regulations regarding service and repair work.
